ESA Management, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician to ensure all property equipment functions and guest areas are maintained to high standards. The role emphasizes prompt repairs, preventive maintenance, and strict adherence to Green Shield procedures.

The technician will respond to guest requests, perform cleaning in accordance with policy, and maintain tool inventories while ensuring safety and compliance across building systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repairs for hotel facilities and equipment.
• Respond to guest requests with follow-through per guidelines.
• Perform out-of-room cleaning and maintain premises in pristine condition.
• Maintain and safeguard maintenance tools and inventory daily.
• Follow Green Shield Binder and SOPs to complete tasks per standards.
• Keep records of PM inspections, deficiencies, and life-safety checks.
• Operate and inspect fire safety equipment and comply with safety policies.
• Assist with emergencies and coordinate with management and vendors.
