Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure all property equipment functions properly and guest areas remain pristine. The role requires performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and routine safety inspections while adhering to Green Shield Binder guidelines.

You will support guest rooms, public areas, and various hotel facilities, coordinating with management and outside vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Read and speak English proficiently and interact with guests, associates and vendors.
• Understand and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, manuals, and guidelines.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Use units of weight, volume and distance.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance to ensure guest rooms and premises are in good repair.
• Perform repairs listed on work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete preventive maintenance inspections and records.
• Follow Green Shield Binder procedures and safety standards.
• Monitor and inspects fire safety equipment and life safety systems.
• Communicate with management and outside vendors as directed.
• Assist with cleaning and upkeep of hotel areas as needed.
• Maintain organized work area and inventory of tools.
