Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle general maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, meeting spaces, back of house and front of house areas in a hotel environment.

The role requires two years of progressive hotel maintenance experience, knowledge of door locks, and familiarity with Quore or similar maintenance apps. HVAC, plumbing and electrical skills are valued, with a commitment to safety and high standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressive experience in hotels or related maintenance fields.
• Experience with door lock systems and general hotel equipment.
• Experience with Quore or other hotel maintenance applications.
• Current certifications as required by federal, state or local authorities (HVAC, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Adhere to work order policies and procedures.
• Maintain and repair equipment across laundry, kitchen, guestrooms, events areas, restaurants, offices and public spaces.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs needing professional expertise.
• Repair HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical fixtures to manufacturers' specifications.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and inventories of supplies.
• Handle guestroom maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
• Attend life-safety inspections and trainings as required.
• Follow the Preventative Maintenance program.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately.
