Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Engineering team. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently, supporting preventative maintenance and upkeep of the property.

Responsibilities include assisting the Chief Engineer with building projects, conducting safety checks, and responding to guest maintenance requests with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or facility repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems knowledge is a plus.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support other departments and follow all emergency and safety procedures.
