Atrium Hospitality is hiring a Maintenance Technician in West Des Moines, IA to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot utilities, and repair hotel equipment across the property. The role supports guest rooms and public areas with a focus on safety and quality service.

Requirements include at least 6 months of general maintenance experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with HVAC/electrical/plumbing tasks. Company benefits include 401(k), health coverage, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks in guest rooms and facilities.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain pool systems and chemical levels.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment.
• Perform seasonal landscaping and groundskeeping duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
