Atrium Hospitality in Springfield, MO is seeking a maintenance technician for the Residence Inn Springfield. This full-time role performs preventative maintenance in guest rooms and hotel facilities, documents work orders, and supports operations to ensure guest comfort and safety.

You will troubleshoot minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues, repair furniture and equipment, and assist with pool, landscaping, and seasonal grounds tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
