Qualifications

• Two years of progressive experience in hotel maintenance or related fields.
• Minimum high school diploma (GED) or equivalent.
• Current certifications as required by authorities (HVAC, etc.).
• Experience with hotel maintenance software (Quore) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to work order policies and procedures.
• Repair and maintain equipment in guest rooms, kitchens, laundry, and public spaces.
• Coordinate with Chief Engineer and vendors for specialized repairs.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols.
