Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a full-time Hotel Maintenance technician for the Raleigh Durham Embassy Suites in Cary, NC. The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance, repair guest room systems, and handle work orders to keep hotel operations smooth.

Minimum 6 months of maintenance experience is required with HVAC/electrical/plumbing knowledge as a plus. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the Atrium network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
