The role requires 6+ months in housekeeping, a HS diploma, basic computer skills, and physical stamina for movement and lifting. Flexible availability is needed for shift coverage.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of housekeeping experience and ability to lead by example.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills for schedules and orders.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping associates and daily operations to keep rooms shining and schedules on track.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure rooms are guest-ready without delays.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces for cleanliness, quality, and status.
• Coach, support, and recognize team members to maintain morale and standards.
• Assist with schedules, supply forecasting, lost & found, and opening/closing duties.
