Qualifications

• General carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on building systems to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Conduct inspections and testing of building systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Respond to emergency situations and mitigate risks to operations.
• Perform general repairs to guest rooms and public areas.
