Qualifications

• Provide high level customer service and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions; stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and machinery to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems and implement repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests, staff and management and prioritize tasks.
• Inspect and test building systems including fire alarms, emergency lighting, elevators and generators for safety compliance.
• Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and equipment performance.
• Coordinate with departments and contractors for emergency repairs and guest safety.
