Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform regularly scheduled preventive maintenance inspections of hotel guest rooms.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs of designated areas and complete checklists.
• Ensure all items in guest rooms are operational prior to guest check-in.
• Identify maintenance, safety, or repair issues and take corrective action.
• Respond promptly to guest service calls and maintenance requests.
