Comfort Inn Alpharetta is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the property in top condition. The role covers guest rooms, landscaping, and common areas, with hands-on repairs across sheetrock, painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

You should be able to troubleshoot emergencies independently and multi-task in a fast-paced hotel environment. This position offers part-time hours, potential full-time shifts, and on-site work with hotel accommodations and uniforms; evenings or weekends

Qualifications

• Experience with sheetrock repair, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot emergencies and work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to assist with housekeeping tasks when needed and adapt to changing workload.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the upkeep of the property including guest rooms and landscaping.
