Job summary

Callaway Resort & Gardens in Pine Mountain, GA, is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper to collect trash, deliver clean linen, and perform cleaning tasks to ensure guest comfort and safety. You will work with team members to maintain high standards and support other hotel areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in hotels.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and dirty linen and deliver to soiled linen pickup area and dumpsters.
• Deliver clean linen to guest room attendants.
• Clean fireplaces and grills.
• Ensure equipment is in operation and supplies are ordered.
• Clean ceilings, move heavy furniture and deep clean carpets as assigned.
• Turn in lost and found items per standard procedures.
• Work with other hotel areas to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain safety and report hazards.
• Be a team player and promote teamwork.
• Other duties as assigned.
