Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management seeks a part-time Maintenance Engineer to provide technical and maintenance services across the hotel, ensuring equipment and systems stay in excellent condition. Tasks include preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and assisting with major repairs to kitchen, laundry, and building systems.

You will service the pool, monitor chemicals, and maintain records while keeping guest areas clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and repair tasks such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, and patching surfaces.
• Inspect and maintain electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and related equipment; perform minor repairs as needed.
• Service the hotel's pool, monitor chemicals, and maintain logs and maintenance request forms.
• Refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms and public areas; assist with repairs of guest rooms.
• Respond courteously to guest questions, complaints, and requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
