Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled.
• Respond promptly to guest service requests and maintenance issues.
• Maintain pool and spa areas (if applicable) in compliance with safety standards.
• Inspect hotel facilities regularly and report issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in an organized manner.
