Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the building stays in good condition.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and report work orders such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl, etc., to maintain the hotel and product quality standard.
• Inspect electrical systems such as air conditioning controls, televisions, lighting, and perform minor repairs.
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools; reassemble equipment.
• Service the hotel's pool, adjust chemicals and clean filters; maintain logs.
