Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and small appliance repair.
• Ability to read blueprints and repair manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure hotel equipment and systems operate efficiently.
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.
• Inspect electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems and appliances for condition and safety.
• Maintain building exterior and curb appeal; assist with housekeeping-related tasks as needed.
• Respond to guest questions and requests to ensure satisfaction.
