Job summary

Peachtree Group seeks a Maintenance Engineer to provide technical and maintenance services throughout the hotel, ensuring general equipment and systems are in excellent condition.

You will perform routine preventive maintenance, assist with repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and hotel appliances, service the pool, and maintain exterior areas to uphold product quality standards. Strong guest service and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience performing routine preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical problems using manuals and blueprints.
• Ability to repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment runs smoothly and building systems operate efficiently.
• Assist with repairs on hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Service the hotel's pool and maintain exterior areas per standards.
• Respond to guest and staff requests courteously and maintain safety compliance.
