Qualifications

• Experience performing routine preventive maintenance in a hotel or similar facility.
• Ability to perform repairs on building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) and fixtures.
• Strong observational skills and attention to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and systems run smoothly.
• Replace ceiling tiles, light bulbs, and other minor repairs as part of maintenance work orders.
• Inspect and service electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool equipment.
• Maintain and repair guest room furnishings and public areas to uphold quality standards.
• Document maintenance work orders and report issues to management.
