Job summary

The Courtyard Pittsburgh North at Cranberry Woods is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to help ensure every guest feels at home. You will inspect guest rooms and public spaces to verify cleanliness and readiness against Marriott brand standards, while mentoring the housekeeping team to maintain consistency.

With at least one year of hotel housekeeping experience, you will communicate effectively, handle guest concerns professionally, and manage inventory and lost-and-found

Qualifications

• Experience minimum 1 year in hotel housekeeping.
• Attention to detail with cleanliness and aesthetics.
• Strong verbal communication; bilingual a plus.
• Physically capable to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated and stay-over guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces for cleanliness.
• Enforce Courtyard brand standards, reporting issues immediately.
• Provide feedback and mentoring to Housekeepers to improve techniques.
• Monitor housekeeping cart organization and inventory, reporting shortages.
• Log and manage any guest items left behind per hotel policy.
• Assist in resolving guest cleanliness complaints to ensure a high-quality stay.
