Candidates should possess strong skills in household repairs, work well under pressure, and have a passion for guest satisfaction. The compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance person to join the team at Courtyard Pittsburgh North/Cranberry Woods, located in the Cranberry Woods business park.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
• Repair woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, and carpeting.
• Carry out general mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment.
• Keep records as required by company policy and procedures.
• Maintain logs on completed tasks.
• Prepare reports as requested by supervisors.
• Submit all requested reports/logs in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
