Under the Chief Engineer, you will respond to guest requests, follow SOPs, and collaborate with other departments to maintain safety and quality standards in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPO and appliance repair certification is desired, or willingness to obtain.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Drywall repair experience is required.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property assets and assist Chief Engineer on preventive maintenance.
• Respond to guest requests with friendly, high-level service.
• Assess property assets and recommend maintenance solutions.
• Follow standard operating procedures in engineering.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and safety standards.
