Responsibilities

• Maintain property assets and assist Chief Engineer with preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Assist guests with requests and provide high level service.
• Identify concerns and provide maintenance solutions with appropriate managers.
• Follow SOPs and work with Chief Engineer to execute operations.
• Collaborate with other departments and complete duties inside or outside the normal scope.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow regulatory requirements.
• Plan, prioritize and manage work duties; attend required meetings.
