Stonebridge Hospitality Management in Ocean City, MD is seeking a Maintenance Attendant to support hotel maintenance operations, ensuring all facilities and equipment function properly and reliably.

You will assist with preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and upkeep of refrigeration, plumbing, electrical systems, and guest rooms, while upholding safety procedures and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance systems (refrigeration, heating, plumbing, electrical).
• Able to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Familiarity with safety procedures including lockout-tagout preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate effectively with team and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Assist with maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, A/C, and hotel equipment.
• Monitor utility consumption and report issues.
• Ensure maintenance projects meet specifications and are completed on time.
• Perform maintenance in guest rooms and public areas as scheduled.
• Log findings from equipment checks and inspections.
• Report safety and security concerns to Chief Engineer or Manager on Duty.
• Maintain inventory and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Respond to emergencies and assist as needed.
• Participate in maintenance programs for event spaces and equipment.
• Keep workspaces and storage areas clean and organized.
