Job summary

Stonebridge is hiring a Maintenance Attendant to support hotel maintenance operations in Ocean City, MD. You will help with preventative maintenance, repairs, and daily upkeep to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The role requires basic knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and strong problem-solving. You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with on-call duties possible.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance systems including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, and electrical.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Familiarity with safety procedures including lockout-tagout is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with team members and management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Assist with maintenance and preventative tasks across refrigeration, heating, plumbing, and A/C equipment.
• Monitor energy and water consumption and report issues promptly.
• Ensure maintenance projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures including lockout-tagout.
• Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas as scheduled.
• Log findings from equipment checks and report safety concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain secure key inventory and follow security procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and assist as needed.
• Participate in maintenance programs for event spaces and hotel equipment.
• Keep workspaces and storage areas clean and organized.
