Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience on a property of similar size.
• Basic painting skills.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Able to communicate in basic English.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and late nights.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Respond to maintenance calls/requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with front office for rooms out of order.
• Check and report lighting and safety issues in public areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance as directed by the Chief Engineer.
• Keep work areas neat and maintain safety standards.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and courtesy.
