Atma Hotel Group is seeking a Maintenance Tech to service hotel property and guest rooms, ensuring safety and brand standards are met. Job requires responding promptly to maintenance requests and coordinating with front desk for room status.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least 1 year of maintenance experience, with basic skills in painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and kitchen equipment. Flexibility for weekends and late shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year maintenance experience in similar size property.
• Basic painting skills.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to push, pull, lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to clearly communicate in basic English.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Respond to maintenance calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with front office to place rooms out of order when needed.
• Check service areas, lights, and safety equipment daily.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as directed by management.
• Report safety hazards to the Chief Engineer immediately.
