You will perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a range of systems including plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC, while also handling light carpentry and decor repairs. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to train junior techs, and dedication to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across multiple systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Complete repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC.
• Perform light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repairs.
• Implement and monitor safety and injury-prevention programs.
• Keep detailed records and reports of maintenance work.
• Provide training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Collaborate with management to recruit for department needs.
• Deliver courteous guest service to support an exceptional guest experience.
