Drury Inn & Suites in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to ensure the property runs smoothly. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and kitchen equipment, maintain safe facilities, and keep detailed records.

The role emphasizes guest service, safety, and preventative maintenance, with opportunities for training and advancement. The position offers an hourly wage range of $25–$30, plus a quarterly bonus program and hotel discounts.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across multiple hotel systems.
• Ability to dismantle and repair equipment, restoring function.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, filtration, and pool operations.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs in hospitality settings.
• General building maintenance including electrical/plumbing basics.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, well‑functioning hotel property and grounds.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment.
• Do light carpentry, painting, drywall work.
• Implement safety and injury prevention programs; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and reports.
• Provide training to Maintenance Tech I team members and assist with recruiting.
• Support guest experience through courteous service.
