Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the Drury Inn & Suites property in Champaign, IL in top condition. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC, while upholding safety standards and efficient operations.

English proficiency is required, with on-call readiness for emergencies. The role offers hourly pay with quarterly bonuses and benefits, including health coverage and retirement plans, plus opportunities for growth

Qualifications

Advanced maintenance knowledge across multiple hotel systems.
Ability to troubleshoot machinery faults and perform repairs.
Experience with preventative maintenance programs and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Maintain safe, well-running hotel property and grounds.
Complete repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC.
Perform light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repair.
Implement and monitor safety programs for ergonomic and emergency readiness.
Keep detailed records and reports.
Provide training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
Collaborate with management to recruit for department needs.
Contribute to guest experience with courteous service.
