Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Crowne Plaza Dulles Airport in Herndon, VA. You will perform a broad range of maintenance tasks across hotel systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime to guest services.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least one year of trade-related training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and building maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of trade-related training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment with minimal downtime.
• Install and replace light fixtures and bulbs.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure safe storage and reporting of chemicals and hazardous materials.
