Job summary

PM Hotel Group’s Crowne Plaza Dulles Airport in Herndon, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair hotel equipment across kitchens, laundry, HVAC, electrical, and guest rooms. You will juggle multiple tasks, keep downtime to a minimum, and proactively seek fixes while paying close attention to details.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of related trade training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year of related trade training.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing or building maintenance.
• Basic hand and power tools knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair hotel equipment across kitchen, laundry, HVAC, electrical, and guest rooms.
• Perform repairs with minimal downtime and proactively fix issues.
• Install and replace light fixtures and bulbs.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and fix malfunctions.
• Ensure proper storage of chemicals and hazardous materials; manage reporting.
