Traditions Hospitality Group in Norman, OK is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our hotel. You will perform routine maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

You’ll inspect facilities, troubleshoot equipment, complete work orders, and assist with renovations while adhering to safety protocols. Must be 18+, able to pass a background check, and be available nights/weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a background check.
• Possess or be able to obtain a Gaming license (if applicable).
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous maintenance/repair experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Conduct inspections of hotel facilities to identify issues and address them promptly.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery as needed.
• Complete work orders and maintenance logs accurately.
• Assist with renovation projects, installations, and other special projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and appearance of the hotel.
