Valor Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician to respond to service calls and maintain hotel equipment, ensuring a safe, efficient environment for guests and staff. You will perform preventive maintenance on kitchen, laundry, boiler, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, take readings, and assist with emergencies.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least two years in building maintenance and a focus on guest satisfaction. Join a dynamic team across properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent trade school.
• Ability to maintain HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment.
• Experience in building maintenance and renovation work.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests in a courteous, safe manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment (kitchen, laundry, boiler, HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Take water samples and monitor system chemistry.
• Operate equipment, monitor water and temperatures, and log readings.
• Assist with emergency situations and special projects as assigned.
