Qualifications

• 2 years maintenance experience preferred.

• Clean driving record and TSA-friendly identification.
• Ability to read blueprints or repair manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and fixtures.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components.
• Install and service kitchen appliances and PTACs.
• Repair interior and exterior walls, siding, roof, and floors.
• Prep rooms and assist with cleaning when needed.
• Ensure issues are repaired by end of each shift.
