Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
• Preference for formal training in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general construction.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance/repair work on equipment and fixtures across hotels.
• Carpentry, plumbing, electrical or mechanical repair as needed; install and repair appliances such as PTAC units.
• Prep rooms or assist with cleaning duties when required; ensure issues are repaired by end of each shift.
