Qualifications

• Maintain building systems and equipment, ensuring safety and uptime.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and document activities.
• Operate and repair mechanical, electrical, kitchen and laundry equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Respond to guest and staff requests; prioritize tasks by urgency.
• Inspect fire alarms, emergency lighting, elevators and generators for safety compliance.
• Maintain records of inspections, maintenance and equipment performance.
