Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in recordkeeping and inventory.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
• Experience with property management or work order software is a plus.
• Familiarity with brand maintenance standards and preventive maintenance programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and facility issues promptly to minimize guest disruption.
• Inspect property regularly to identify safety hazards and code issues before they affect guests.
• Coordinate outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
• Work with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Management to prioritize work orders.
• Maintain maintenance logs and inventory records; manage tools and parts.
