Job summary

Apscareerportal is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily hotel maintenance operations and perform hands-on repair work. You will lead a team, maintain a safe, functional environment, and ensure Marriott brand standards are met.

You will manage preventative maintenance, coordinate outside contractors, monitor equipment and HVAC systems, and maintain records while supporting guest satisfaction and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to oversee maintenance operations while ensuring safety and guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and pool operations.
• Coordinate outside contractors, order supplies, and manage work orders.
• Monitor hotel equipment and HVAC systems; maintain records and ensure safety compliance.
• Train and develop team members; assign work and prioritize maintenance activities.
• Monitor expenses, minimize waste and support capital projects.
