Job summary

Apscareerportal is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily hotel maintenance operations and perform hands-on repair work. You will lead a team, maintain a safe, functional environment, and ensure Marriott brand standards are met.

You will manage preventative maintenance, coordinate outside contractors, monitor equipment and HVAC systems, and maintain records while supporting guest satisfaction and operational needs.

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the daily maintenance operations of the hotel while actively performing maintenance and repair work. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for guests and team members while ensuring compliance with Marriott brand standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.

You will manage and prioritize maintenance activities, assign work, train and develop team members, and communicate regularly with department leaders to address maintenance needs and ensure timely completion of repairs. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, public spaces, exterior areas, building systems, and hotel assets in excellent condition while supporting a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include overseeing preventative maintenance programs, pool operations, safety systems, work orders, vendor relationships, and maintenance projects. You will coordinate outside contractors, order supplies and replacement parts, maintain accurate records, monitor hotel equipment and HVAC systems, and ensure all maintenance areas remain clean, organized, and secure.

The Maintenance Supervisor will monitor expenses, minimize waste, and support renovation and capital improvement projects while ensuring work is completed efficiently and within budget. This position also requires maintaining compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, keeping hotel leadership informed of maintenance concerns, and assisting with additional operational needs as required.
