Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group in Agoura Hills, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and lead a skilled team. You will support the Chief Engineer in preventive maintenance programs and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will supervise daily activities, perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems, maintain logs, coordinate supplies, train staff, and collaborate with other departments to uphold safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, commercial building, or facilities maintenance experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and building systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and safety procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using maintenance management systems and work-order tools.
• Dependable, safety-focused and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift, carry and meet physical requirements of the role.
• Flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, weekends, evenings, and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and team assignments.
• Perform and oversee repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and general building systems.
• Assist in development and execution of preventive maintenance programs.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Support emergency repairs and respond promptly to maintenance-related issues.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently and to company standards.
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders and repair documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and order maintenance supplies and equipment as needed.
• Train, coach and support maintenance team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, brand standards and property procedures.
• Assist Chief Engineer with departmental planning, projects and capital improvements.
• Partner with other hotel departments to address operational and guest service needs.
