Job summary

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead hotel upkeep, manage HVAC/electrical/plumbing tasks, and supervise a team in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure fire/life safety, ADA compliance, and accurate maintenance records while coordinating with Front Desk and Chief Engineer.

The role requires strong problem-solving, vendor management, and adherence to safety procedures, with responsibilities spanning documentation, preventive maintenance, and emergency response

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or related fields strongly preferred.
• Medical, dental, and vision (HSA available) and company-paid disability & life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee routine maintenance tasks (painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool upkeep).
• Respond promptly to guest service requests and document follow-up actions.
• Inspect, test, and document fire safety systems including daily checks, annual testing, and monthly extinguisher inspections.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance, including emergency plans and hazard communications.
