You will supervise daily maintenance tasks, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety standards are met while supporting a high-profile, service-oriented property.

The role reports to the Chief Engineer in a dynamic, fast-paced hotel environment, offering opportunities for advancement within a growing hospitality portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance staff in hospitality.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and guest needs.
• Safe work practices and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Engineering Department under the Chief Engineer.
• Supervise maintenance team members and delegate daily tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests, emergencies, and guest needs promptly.
• Assist with scheduling, work orders, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
• Promote safety, accountability, and exceptional service across the team.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, brand requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean property that exceeds guest expectations.
