Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a dedicated House Attendant to join our hotel team in Fairburn, GA. You will maintain cleanliness of public areas and guest rooms, stock supplies, and assist Team Members to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Ideal candidates have basic English, can work flexible shifts, and value teamwork and excellent customer service. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required, as training is provided in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand, read, write and speak basic English and communicate with team members and guests.
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out simple instructions.
• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, vacuums hallways, lobbies, corridors, elevators, stairways.
• Sweeps, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metal fixtures and fittings.
• Washes walls, ceilings and woodwork.
• Washes windows and door panels.
• Maintain public area cleanliness (including restrooms).
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Restocks carts with linens and supplies.
• Assists with heavy lifting and moving of furniture and equipment.
• Maintains storage areas organization and cleanliness.
• May assist with maintenance and pool cleaning.
