Ascent Hospitality, owner of Home2 Suites in Fairburn, GA, seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the engineering team and uphold exceptional guest environments. You will supervise daily maintenance tasks, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety standards are met while supporting a high-profile, service-oriented property.

The role reports to the Chief Engineer in a dynamic, fast-paced hotel environment, offering opportunities for advancement within a growing hospitality portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance staff in hospitality.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and guest needs.
• Safe work practices and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Engineering Department under the Chief Engineer.
• Supervise maintenance team members and delegate daily tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests, emergencies, and guest needs promptly.
• Assist with scheduling, work orders, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
• Promote safety, accountability, and exceptional service across the team.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, brand requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean property that exceeds guest expectations.

What You Will Do
