Job summary

Home2 Suites is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for hotel facilities and assets, keeping them to a high quality standard. You will troubleshoot and repair hotel equipment, including HVAC and electrical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and conduct regular inspections.

You will coordinate maintenance staff, diagnose problems, and operate within the hotel budget. The role requires at least three years of maintenance or engineering experience, fluency in English, and a valid

Qualifications

• At least 3 years maintenance or engineering experience.
• Hotel engineer experience preferred or comparable maintenance at large properties.
• Basic ability to read prints, schematics, and equipment operations/instructions.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and business insurance.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities and assets to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair hotel equipment, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and regular inspections.
