Job summary

Ascent Hospitality seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and building systems. You will direct day-to-day operations to meet company goals and ensure safety and reliability for guests and team members.

The role requires strong leadership, technical know-how and a proactive approach to maintenance. Hotel experience and flexible shifts are valued in this team environment.

Qualifications

• Three years’ minimum experience in a lead maintenance type position.
• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous hotel experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize tasks.
• Manage and maintain a preventive maintenance system to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
• Follow all company safety and security policies; report problems promptly.
• Proactively discern operational concerns and address to minimize downtime.
• Oversee, motivate and train team members.
• Welcome guests and ensure professional appearance of staff.
