Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and other building systems. You will direct activities around building systems and day-to-day property operations to meet company goals.

Essential duties include planning tasks, managing preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety policies are followed. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and excellent customer service in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as maintenance supervisor.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems.
• Ability to lead the team in an effective, positive and efficient manner.
• Understands OSHA guidelines and regulations.
• Experience with fire equipment and life safety programs.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Must read/write/speak basic English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize maintenance tasks.
• Manage preventive maintenance for day-to-day operations.
• Follow company safety policies and report hazards.
• Identify and address operational concerns to reduce downtime.
• Estimate costs and time for jobs.
