IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Representative to keep the hotel in top condition. You will perform repairs, organize supplies and maintain safety standards while ensuring guest areas stay welcoming and functional.

The role requires basic maintenance skills, familiarity with building systems, and a customer-friendly approach. You’ll work on-site with opportunities to contribute to a well-run property and support the guest experience.

Competenze

• At least one year of maintenance or repair experience.
• High school diploma or related vocational training.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and building management/reporting tools (Qoure, Opera, Lutron, Bartech, Inncom).
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical and preventative maintenance.
• CPO certification preferred if pool present.
• Ability to stand, bend and kneel for long periods.
• Compliant with local laws on food handling and alcohol service; fluent in local language.
• Strong communication: friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to.

Mansioni

• Repair or replace items around the hotel and refurbish guest rooms.
• Organize supplies and ensure equipment is ready for the next day.
• Maintain high safety standards and report incidents or unsafe conditions.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of indoor/outdoor areas like car park and pool.
• Follow preventative maintenance calendar to keep systems running smoothly.
• Be a friendly face and helping hand to guests.
• Inform supervisor of low running supplies.
